Acceptance of Terms

Product Information and Pricing

vivahaul Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability details accurate and current. Should an error arise in product information, pricing, or availability, we retain the right to rectify that error and cancel any orders placed on the basis of the incorrect information, at no cost to you. For goods with natural variability (such as handmade items or products made from natural materials), minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance compared with the listed specifications may occur. Product details and warnings are supplied for reference purposes only; vivahaul Store cannot warrant that products are free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Product availability may differ depending on your delivery zone, pickup location, and chosen time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order remains contingent upon product availability and acceptance by vivahaul Store. We may decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment is required before an order is dispatched or collected, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your selected delivery zone and time slot. For age-restricted products (including alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products where legally permitted), you must meet the legal age requirement for purchasing such items in your jurisdiction, and valid government-issued identification will be required at delivery or pickup. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will contact you before dispatch and may propose a suitable substitute or refund the unavailable item, unless you opted out of substitutions at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All content across vivahaul Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "vivahaul Store" name and branding — belongs exclusively to vivahaul Store and is safeguarded by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any vivahaul Store content without our explicit written consent. User Responsibilities

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of vivahaul Store's services shall first be submitted to vivahaul Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

vivahaul Store may update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Should we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email to the address associated with your account, or via a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using vivahaul Store's services prior to the effective date of the changes.
